As part of the ongoing process of product improvement and integration, a
system of more consistent application of standard terms is being implemented.
As a first step to achieving this, a number of new Drug Activity terms are
being introduced to the following products:
- Patents Preview
- World Drug Alerts
- Derwent Discovery
- GENESEQ
- Conference Fast Track
The new Drug Activity terms are listed below – they were compiled by analyzing
the differences between the existing list of terms and the standard Therapy
Area terms used in Thomson Pharma. The terms will be applied to new
records from July 3, 2008. All previously available Drug Activity terms
will continue to be used.
