Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1964-1970 and graduated from California State University, Hayward in 1975. He received the Master’s of Information Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1976. Ron has worked for past 30 years as a Reference Librarian in public, Dept. of Defense, academic and corporate libraries. |

Ron is often asked to speak at Special Libraries Association SLA, American Society for Engineering Education ASEE, etc. He received the Distinguished Speaker Award from the “6th Annual International Conference & Exhibit, Global Security & Global Competitiveness: Open Source Solutions OSS ’97 “
