The Local Journal Utilization Report is a statistical database listing the frequency with which an institution's researchers publish in Thomson Scientific-indexed journals, and the frequency with which they cite Thomson Scientific journals and other works (theses, government reports, etc.) in their publications. Frequencies are calculated both annually and cumulatively from 1981 through the current year. The Report also includes information on journal publisher, ISSN, and Thomson Scientific journal category assignment.
