June 2005: Coverage of full inventor names for all Japanese patent publications
Thomson Scientific is pleased to announce that full inventor names for all Japanese patent publications covered in Derwent World Patents IndexSM (DWPISM), starting with publication date of 2 June 2005, are now available in both DWPI and DWPI First ViewSM. These names are available from update 200537 for DWPI, and update 200536 for DWPI First View.
This development has been introduced in response to requests by our customers, and will enable enhanced retrieval and display of Japanese inventor information from DWPI and DWPI First View in the future.
