COMBINE SEARCHES – The new Combine Searches page enables you to easily combine search sets (e.g., #1 NOT #2) created from the General Search, Cited Reference Search, and Advanced Search pages during the current session.

Each of your search sets run during the search session are listed in the Search History table (the Search History table is also listed on the Advanced Search page). From the Search History table you can view your results, delete sets, and save and open previously saved search statements.

For this example, the search sets from a General Search and a Cited Reference Search have been combined to create a third set. The third set finds all the articles about vostok ice* (set #1) that have cited specific articles by T Sowers (set #2).
The results are displayed on the Summary page.
